Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping on all order over $50. For all orders under $50, we offer a flat rate fee of $5.00. For expedited shipping you have the option to ship through USPS priority mail for $15.50. All orders that are available to ship are processed within 1-3 business days and ship from Hawaiʻi.  Items out of stock or custom order will be processed 1-7 business days.  

All domestic orders are sent via USPS. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipments usually take between 2 - 7 business days, depending on the shipment class and destination. Please note that there may be delays due to Covid-19

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to COVID19 we will not be accepting returns. All products are handmade and require time to make.

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To process return for products that are damaged during transit must be reported to courier. Please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and e-email babyjoliescloset@gmail.com to process your return.

Items that are that are shipped incorrectly must be returned in new, scent-free, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept returns for purchases made through www.babyjoliescloset.com and we do not offer free shipping on returns. 

To request a return for an item purchased on www.babyjoliescloset.com:

  • Email babyjoliescloset@gmail.com with your order number, contact name, and the item you are returning. Proof of purchase from our website is required to process a return.

  • Once the return is received and approved, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund. 

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email within 7 days of the order received. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price or give you an option of suitable replacement.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items (including Gift Sets) are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
